Prior to your first appointment, please take a moment to review my policies. •I work by appointment only & all appointments are to be made using GlossGenius. A partial payment will be required upon booking & considered your deposit. This deposit will be non-refundable. However, it is transferable ONE TIME in the case you need to reschedule. After rescheduling once, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. •Cancelations are free if done online, 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Anything after 24 hours will require you to contact me to cancel and will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled services. If the fee is declined or goes unpaid, you will be unable to book with AVaughanNails. •IF you NO CALL-NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Re-booking will be prohibited until services are paid in full. •IF you're running late, I allow a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $5 fee will be applied. At 10 minutes, a $10 fee will be applied. At 15 minutes, your appointment may he canceled if it interferes with my next appointment & a 50% fee will be applied. •I do not allow extra guest or children, during your appointment. For child appointments, you may wait with your child. Children must be ages 10+ to be serviced (14+ for enhancements of any kind). •I'm available via TEXT MESSAGE ONLY from 7am-9pm. •CASH PAYMENTS WILL SAVE YOU 10% OFF YOUR SERVICE. I DO NOT PROVIDE CHANGE, PLEASE HAVE EXACT CASH. •MASKS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED, BUT PLEASE DO CANCEL IF ILL. If you are noticeably sick during an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Do not come sick. ** WHEN BOOKING..** Know that I cannot work over damaged or infected nails! I REQUIRE all new clients to come with bare nails when doing enhancements OR there will be a $30.00 FEE to work over nails that were not originally done by me. Be sure to select ALL services needed, including any add-ons. If you need help booking TEXT ME. Due to a strict schedule, I cannot allow changes to services once appointment time has begun. If you wish to cancel any service, do so 48 hours prior to appointment time or you may be charged for all services. Cancellation Policy
Cancel for free online up to 24 hours prior to appointment. Same day cancellations with notice via text message will result in a 50% cancellation fee. A No-Call No-Show will result in a 100% fee. If any charges are declined, you will be banned from any future bookings.
